I have had several requests to use my straps with the Peak Design Anchor Link system so I have designed a couple of straps that work with this system. The Peak Design links are rated to 90kg and from what I can see are some of the best links of this type available. They are supplied with 2 sets of connectors so you can swap the strap to another camera or use them as back-up if the first set wears out. The link cable has a red core so will alert you if it is wearing and needs replacement.
The leather is UK sourced vegetable tanned shoulder of excellent quality. It has a slightly waxy feel and is soft and supple. It is double riveted for added strength and security with double cap nickle plated brass rivets. The edges are lightly hand burnished for a smoother finish. It is available in a range of 5 colours as shown in the photographs (Colour may vary depending on the batch and the screen you are viewing it on). I can also supply it with solid brass or copper rivets if you prefer, or double stitching if you don’t like the rivets. The shoulder pad is 30cm x 4cm and is treated to give a sued-like appearance. The stated length does not include the loops which add approximately 3 inches to the overall length.
The strap is 11mm wide and is suitable for virtually all CSC, DSLR or 35mm film cameras. This strap is also available without a shoulder pad.
